These Terms of Service establish the legal agreement between you and Boatway Solutions d.o.o. regarding the use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Boatway Solutions operates as an independent yacht charter brokerage. We provide brokerage services to connect clients with yacht charter companies, facilitating the rental of boats and yachts in Croatia and surrounding regions. We are not the owner or operator of the vessels listed on our site.

2. Brokerage Agreement

By submitting an inquiry through our contact form, you are requesting our brokerage services. Upon receiving your inquiry, we will:

Review your requirements and preferences
Identify suitable yacht options from our network of charter companies
Provide you with detailed offers and available vessels
Assist you through the booking process

The final charter contract is between you and the yacht owner or charter company, not Boatway Solutions.

3. Liability Limitations

Boatway Solutions acts as an intermediary and assumes no liability for:

The condition, safety, or seaworthiness of any vessel
Services provided by yacht owners or charter companies
Accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during charter
Loss of personal belongings or valuables on a chartered vessel
Cancellations or changes made by the yacht owner or charter company

All liability lies exclusively with the yacht owner or charter company operating the vessel.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information in your inquiry
Comply with all applicable maritime laws and regulations
Hold a valid boating license or certification if required for operation
Adhere to safety requirements established by the yacht owner
Not engage in illegal activities during the charter period

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, are the property of Boatway Solutions or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boatway Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

8. Modifications to Terms

Boatway Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
